Welcome
to the Technology and Learning Continuum Model Training!
Participants accomplish the following:
- Learn and apply the Technology
and Learning Continuum model for technology integration.
- Develop a learning unit that integrates computer-related technologies into a student-centered learning environment.
- Implement the learning unit in the classroom.
- Document, videotape, and evaluate implementation.
- Gain
awareness of computer-related technologies (e.g., Xcursions, Webquests, VRML).
- Explore computer-based resources that are available
in the participant's school and district.
- Contribute to formative evaluation of the PT3 efforts
toward creating model lesson plans for preservice teachers to access and use in
their teaching.
